At Noboplanet S.A.S. we respect your right to privacy and comply with the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data of Ecuador (LOPDP), published in Official Gazette No. 459 of 26 May 2021, and its Regulations in force in 2026.
1. Data controller
Noboplanet S.A.S., with Tax ID 1793456789001 and registered office at Av. República del Salvador N34-183, Quito, Ecuador, is the controller of personal data collected through noboplanet.com. You can contact us at privacidad@noboplanet.com.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the newsletter: name and email address. Additionally, we store anonymous browsing technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, country) when you consent to analytical cookies.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you the weekly educational newsletter, respond to inquiries and improve the site content. We do not use your data for automated profiling with legal effects, nor do we transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, specific and informed consent (article 7 LOPDP), granted when submitting the subscription form. You may withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect.
5. Data retention
We keep your data while your subscription remains active. When you unsubscribe, we remove your email from active mailings within 72 hours and delete identifiable personal data within the following 12 months.
6. Data processors
We use email and analytics providers located in the European Union and the United States that comply with international data protection standards (SCC and equivalent frameworks recognised by the Ecuadorian Superintendency for Personal Data Protection).
7. Your ARCO and additional rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, restriction of processing and not to be subject to automated decisions by writing to privacidad@noboplanet.com. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days as required by the LOPDP.
8. Supervisory authority
If you believe we have processed your data improperly, you may file a complaint with the Superintendency for Personal Data Protection of Ecuador, based in Quito.
